Dainty Baby Shoes

Posted on

These were my first ever pair of baby shoes and I was so delighted to make them for a dear friend who is expecting their first baby.

They were quick and easy and really fun to make using this free ‘flower slippers’ pattern on Ravelry: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/flower-slippers-3

I used ice yarns Demet Wool, which is 30% wool and 70% acrylic and a 4.5mm hook.

Note to self: When making matching shoes it is important to keep the tension very regular, so that the shoes come out the same size.
